Elite Cricket Academy 5th Anniversary & Awards Ceremony 2026

Celebrating Progress. Recognising Effort. Building the Pathway to Premier Cricket.

At Elite Cricket Academy, every milestone is more than a celebration — it is a reflection of the journey we have built together with our players, parents, and coaching team.

🌟 Most Improved Player Awards – Recognising True Progress

As part of our 5th Anniversary Celebration, we are proud to introduce a new recognition initiative:

🏆 Most Improved Player Awards

These awards will be presented by our coaching team to players who have demonstrated:

• Consistent effort and discipline
• Commitment to training and development
• Noticeable improvement over the past 12 months

This initiative reinforces an important message:

Progress matters. Effort matters. Commitment matters.

At Elite Cricket Academy, we believe recognising improvement is just as important as celebrating performance.

💬 A Message to Parents

Cricket development is a shared journey — and parents play a crucial role in that journey.

We encourage all parents to use this moment to:

• Invest time in understanding their child’s cricketing progress
• Support and encourage consistent development
• Engage with coaches to identify the next important goal

🚀 Launch of “Pathfinder” – Pathway to Premier Cricket

One of the most exciting highlights of this milestone will be the launch of:

“Pathfinder” – Pathway to Premier Cricket

This initiative is designed to:

• Provide a clear and structured pathway for aspiring cricketers
• Guide players on their next steps in cricket
• Align efforts between players, parents, and coaches

“Pathfinder” is a direction-setting framework that helps players move with clarity and purpose towards Premier Cricket and beyond.
