What we believe
Environment first. One standard.
Players rise to the standard around them. So every Elite session runs on full-length lanes with bowling machines and video, led by accredited coaches working to one curriculum.
Every session is planned and recorded in Pathfinder, our player-development system in the Elite app, so parents see progress and a player never starts from zero when they change coach, group or centre.
And the pathway is connected: junior squads lead to the Pathway program, to the VECL league, and to cricket overseas through our Chennai academy and the HPIP.
